How to Apply:

- Be sure the Loop is on the outside when wrapping the first layer so that the second layer sticks to secure the waist trainer. Continue to stretch and wrap while starting from your lower belly working your way up towards your upper belly and back. Once you finish stretching while wrapping be sure to secure the final Velcro.
