Originating from their namesake island in northern Scotland, the Fair Isle sweater rose to popularity in the 1920’s thanks to Edward VIII. The multicoloured bands of intricately knit patterns create a distinct look that is often associated with prep and Ivy League style. Traditionally made from Shetland wool, our Fair Isle vests are made from luxuriously soft merino wool that provides warmth and a plush texture. This is a key layering piece for the fall and winter seasons.
