Vintage 60s Deep Scarlet Crimson Red Silk Velvet stunning gown features Juliet sleeves, Empire Waist, and a sweet little high necked collar. Long zipper up the back. There are some marks and crushing of the velvet in the hem area. See photos.
Fits like XS/S but see measurements below for an accurate fit.
Bust : 31"
Waist: 24"
Hips: free to 39"
Shoulders: 13 3/4
Sleeve: 23"
Over All Length from top of shoulder to hem: 56 1/2"
Condition: Good vintage condition. There are a few very minor imperfections in the surface nap of the velvet on the shoulders and a few other spots. There is some noticeable denting and crushing and some marks on the bottom 4" of the hemline. I have tried to capture these in the last photo but it is tricky with this color of red so in fact the wear looks worse in photos. The pink tone of the areas of crushed wear is an effect more of the light. Please see photos of the model (5' 10" tall) to get a better sense of how noticeable these flaws are.
