Each Wednesday, here at Envision Fitness in Hopkins Minnesota, we provide a simple and quick workout routine you can accomplish at home, park or anywhere and at your own convenience.
Inspired by our founder’s Marine Corps training, our group exercise classes offer a balance of strength training, high-intensity training, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each day of the week focuses on different muscle groups and intensity levels, so you will be constantly challenging your body and building your confidence.
