If letdown is heavy we advise to use a silicone milk collector that can be placed inside the garment or wear pads that you can take out during the night / day to keep nipple health in check and to not oversaturate the leakproof layers. Letdowns can be heavy in the first few weeks postpartum and generally settle over a period of time.
