It has a beautiful and simple design with the Otis trademark symbol in the center and a "u" and "d" on the sides. It is in very good vintage and used condition. The heavy bronze has patina and surface wear. On the back reads, "716-SW-1". Mounting Hardware is not included. This is a very rare item, the 7.5 inch medallion rarely comes on the market. It would make a great gift for someone interested in antique elevator hardware.
