LEAP works for greater inclusion for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people in sport, and against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, in a sports context. LEAP works to influence the policy and practice of sports agencies and bodies, and mainstream sports clubs.
