Like dot2dance, made in the U.S.A. with the same Quality Standards and commitment to producing only Exceptional Products, Alvas Free Standing Ballet Barre Frame is Sturdy, Durable, Portable, with an Easily Adjustable Barre. This Free Standing and Portable Ballet Barre allows the Barre to adjust approximately 31 - 45 in height. The frame has cross braces to make it Stable and Rigid. The bottom of this Free Standing Frame has plastic, non-marring feet to give added protection against scratching any floor. Just like dot2dance it protects Mom’s Floors at home!
Included with the Secure and Sturdy Frame is the Highest Quality Alvas Ballet Barre made in the U.S.A. using Beautiful Tulip Tree Poplar Wood with a light shade. It is solid hardwood that has a smooth finish feel and is easy to stain (if preferred). Wood Barres are the preferred and standard traditional choice in the Professional Ballet Industry. Unlike metal or plastic barres, this natural product will absorb sweat (won’t get slippery) and provide slight flexibility. This slight flexibility in Wood Barres provide anti-stress on joints, especially on the Ballet Barre Method Training. In Ballet, barres are typically used for balance only so dancers learn to hold their own weight.
Since the Ballet Barres are made of natural wood, grain and color may vary. All Poplar Ballet Barres are hand-sanded smooth with the utmost care, attention to detail, beveled on both ends with no sharp edges, and Ready to Use! All Alvas Barres are predrilled with holes to fit the Alvas Freestanding Frames perfectly.
