I am a certified yoga teacher who specializes in yoga for chronic pain and chronic illness. Although I hold multiple certifications, the classes I teach are largely inspired by my own firsthand experiences with chronic illness, including POTS, Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and PTSD.
