For raster-based imagery, we prefer .psd, .tif, .pdf, or .jpg files at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. For vector-based designs, we prefer .ai, .eps, or .pdf files. Our team can match to provided Pantone standards, as well as physical color standards like paint or fabric swatches. For any standards that are not Pantones, we request that a physical sample be mailed directly to our team to ensure we are able to best match your expectations. Ordering a sample is always recommended when customizing a color. 2. Complete Your Order: Upload your files and submit your dimensions, add to cart, and check out. Once your order has been received our team will begin working on a digital proof. Custom projects will be charged upfront, but not considered final sale until proofs are approved. 3.
