Its grapes come from clay-limestone soils predominantly limestone from the Côte Chalonnaise. The slopes are gentle and oriented East to South East. The vinification takes place to start in stainless steel vats, then in barrels and oak casks. The duration of aging in wood varies according to the vintage.
