Cecilie grew up dancing from the age of 3, staying very active and she enjoyed movement but she never learned how to exercise outside of dance. When she attended college her physical activity was cut in half. She tried to make up for it by forcing herself to go to the gym to spend 1 hour on the elliptical here and there. Cecilie hated it and couldn’t understand why people enjoyed working out. It wasn’t until she found group fitness and barre in her senior year that she found her love for fitness.
