Rescuers learn tows and carries, and defence methods and releases in preparation for challenging rescues of increased risk involving conscious and unconscious victims of various types. Lifesavers develop stroke efficiency and endurance in a 400 m timed swim. 2023 Course Dates: 1. May 27 & 28 (Sat/Sun 9a-4p) & June 3 & 4 (Sat/Sun 9a-4p) PRIVATE COURSE 2.
