Open two top straps and place heel onto bottom strap. Make sure the side straps are centered along lower leg and ankle. Wrap bottom straps around brace first, then apply the top strap. Adjust until fit is firm, yet comfortable. When not in use, store hot/cold pads in provided plastic bag. Freezing Instructions: With pads inside supplied bag, place pads in the freezer. For maximum performance, store pads in freezer for at least 2 hours. If pads cause discomfort, remove from body immediately. Only to be used with hot / cold pads, not air cell pads. Heating Instructions: From room temperature, microwave hot / cold pads for 15 seconds at a time until warm. Pads should be warm, not hot. Do not overheat. If the pads are too hot for comfort, allow pads to cool until a comfortable temperature is reached. Only to be used with hot / cold pads, not air cell pads. Instructions for filling air cell pads: Remove air cell pads from the ankle stirrup. Insert the provided tube into the top tab of the air cell pad and gently blow air into the air cell pad.
